Tras obtener el t\u00edtulo de M\u00e1ster en T\u00e9cnicas Avanzadas en Qu\u00edmica.An\u00e1lisis y control de calidad qu\u00edmicos    por la misma universidad, actualmente es estudiante de Doctorado en el Departamento de Qu\u00edmica Anal\u00edtica en el grupo de investigaci\u00f3n \u201cM\u00e9todos Grupo de investigaci\u00f3n R\u00e1pidos de An\u00e1lisis con T\u00e9cnicas Espectrosc\u00f3picas \u2013 MARTE\u201d.<br \/>\nCon experiencia con equipos de espectrometr\u00eda  at\u00f3mica (ICP-MS, HR-ICP-MS, ICP-OES, MC ICP-MS y AAS), de ablaci\u00f3n l\u00e1ser, absorci\u00f3n at\u00f3mica y en salas blancas para el an\u00e1lisis elemental e isot\u00f3pico, que desarroll\u00f3 en el Departamento de Series de Uranio del Centro de la Evoluci\u00f3n del Ser Humano-CENIEH (Burgos, Espa\u00f1a) y a su participaci\u00f3n en el Grupo de Investigaci\u00f3n de Marine Chemistry and Biogeochemistry-NTNU (Trondheim, Noruega), donde trabaj\u00f3 en los proyectos The Nansen Legacy y BEST-Siberian.<br \/>\nSu investigaci\u00f3n se centra en el desarrollo de  nuevos m\u00e9todos para ablaci\u00f3n l\u00e1ser acoplada a espectrometr\u00eda de masas ICP (LA-ICP-MS). By optimizing the instrumental parameters, CaF molecule formation was successfully achieved within the plasma plume, upon ablation of dried liquid samples. The isotopic shift for the X2\u03a3\u2192A2\u03a0 (0,1) CaF vibronic transition at 583.0\u00a0nm was calculated to be 292.3 pm. The method proved capable of providing quantitative information for determining calcium concentrations in real samples, such as tap water and skimmed milk, using internal standardization (with Sr as internal standard; limit of detection, LOD, 20\u00a0mg\u00a0L\u22121) and isotope dilution (which can be applied from 400\u00a0mg\u00a0L\u22121on), respectively. Partial least squares regression (PLS) analysis was employed to enhance the quality of the isotopic data. The Ca concentration found in the tap water was 47\u00a0\u00b1\u00a016\u00a0mg\u00a0L\u22121 (reference flame atomic absorption spectrometry, FAAS, value: 59\u00a0\u00b1\u00a00.2\u00a0mg\u00a0L\u22121), and 1100\u00a0\u00b1\u00a0140\u00a0mg\u00a0L\u22121 for the skimmed milk (reference FAAS value: 1240\u00a0\u00b1\u00a0120\u00a0mg\u00a0L\u22121). No significant difference between LIBS and FAAS results could be established using a t-test at the 95% confidence level. By optimizing the instrumental parameters, CaF molecule formation was successfully achieved within the plasma plume, upon ablation of dried liquid samples. The isotopic shift for the X2\u03a3\u2192A2\u03a0 (0,1) CaF vibronic transition at 583.0\u00a0nm was calculated to be 292.3 pm. The method proved capable of providing quantitative information for determining calcium concentrations in real samples, such as tap water and skimmed milk, using internal standardization (with Sr as internal standard; limit of detection, LOD, 20\u00a0mg\u00a0L\u22121) and isotope dilution (which can be applied from 400\u00a0mg\u00a0L\u22121on), respectively. Partial least squares regression (PLS) analysis was employed to enhance the quality of the isotopic data. The Ca concentration found in the tap water was 47\u00a0\u00b1\u00a016\u00a0mg\u00a0L\u22121 (reference flame atomic absorption spectrometry, FAAS, value: 59\u00a0\u00b1\u00a00.2\u00a0mg\u00a0L\u22121), and 1100\u00a0\u00b1\u00a0140\u00a0mg\u00a0L\u22121 for the skimmed milk (reference FAAS value: 1240\u00a0\u00b1\u00a0120\u00a0mg\u00a0L\u22121). No significant difference between LIBS and FAAS results could be established using a t-test at the 95% confidence level.
